Happy Birthday Doc!

Happy Birthday Aryaluna!

Due to insanely crappy weather and the potential for it to get worse before it melts tomorrow, we're going to play it safe and cancel game tonight. We'll resume on 1/31, which is our 5th Thursday of the month.

Please pass this around, and if you know anyone who was talking about going tonight, call them and tell them not to! I don't want anyone showing up at MOCA after risking their necks, only to find nobody there.

Is there anyway to establish as "set" Requiem OD night?

Every 2nd Saturday night of the month or etc? It would make it so much easier to plan for it. It sounds like everyone had a blast - sorry I had to miss it due to RL -- or was that the plan ? Hum...

I'd love to do the same thing with the much talked about but nothing done NVA Sunday game - How about the 3rd Sunday of the Month? IF someone calls Deb that is in charge - I am sure she could look into the Warrenton sight. Before everyone bitches about it - let me just say it's - cheaper than most & now there are like 15 restaurants in Warrenton - & the Pub now has cider on tap.

I am hopefully done with my hell weeks at work - after this week :-D - And maybe Maggie will stop looking like a huge red mess. She is not contagious - it's the after effects of her recent fever incident.

Okay I am done bitching - for the moment.

For those of you who suggested Toreador - I think I already "almost" play one & it may not be so different from Shen. But hey - I was just thinking about an alternate PC - and for those of you who said Nothing - I will take that as you mean it's time for me to give up OWBN.

Last night a most decidedly UNHAPPY Maggie was picked up - she pretty much stayed a pill till about 8pm. She went to bed happier at 8:30pm. But she has shared her cold with Mommie who is also dealing with pollen over load - still not 100% sure it's not just pollen over load.

Hubby now says he has it too - ;-) - oh well that's life - listening to DC101 - & avoiding more filing because that requires me to move. (which starts the cough)

Well as I hit the 3rd week sick, and hubby hits what the 4th - I must say I am tired of being sick. But at least I should (hopefully) be able to breath w/out coughing by the time Maggie arrives.

Due to sleeping for 3 days & not doing anything else due to illness - no packages were mailed or cards sent. As soon as they are - I shall notify the receipiants.

It's been that kind of a day!

The painters said they'd be done by 1pm today. So Scott's heading home early to go do the final walk through & pay them. I wanna go to but I am not sure if I will get to. I really would like to go & try to put the house back together.

Who knows - I can't wait till I get to show "after" pictures!

I think I am missing a few LJ buddies that I should have. Any suggestions?

My husband rocks & has hired painters so we will not need help painting on the 5th of November. But to everyone who said they would or would try to help - THANK YOU! The new furniture will still be arriving & I might actually have a house by Thanksgiving! :-)

I am starting to have no life - so I didn't show on a single Halloween party list. Pout - Pout - OH, well I should be getting use to it right? Hugs & have a great weekend - I hope to be able to come out & see others on Saturday Night.

Just a quick hello & hugs to everyone out there! A double hug to those who need it atm!

I am removing more wallpaper on Saturday. If anyone would wish to stop by & help you are more than welcome. The hubby shall be out of the house & the in laws will be there but they really are nice people. (I won't be blasting Marilyn Manson when their around but he's not someone I normally blast either. ;-))

The crib is to arrive tomorrow too. As is my Sister to pick up the wicker furniture - but as I like to say the more the merrier!

Friday night - tried to buy maternity clothes then stopped by & harrased famularo & his one roomie. Then went & home right to bed.

Saturday - got up went to PA, hung w/my family. It was an okay day (for once) I tried to look really good though so I could try & dodge the "haven't you gained too much weight" comments from my Mom.

Sunday - got up played D20 Modern w/ the usual suspects. What a great time! It is wonderful to play a game where the ST tries to make sure each PC's strong points gets a moment to shine. And if they think someone didn't get to shine- you know next game you will have tons to do. I think that's why I deep down prefer table top - it just lets one have a more "pc driven" game in so many ways.

This game so rocks & the BSing about everything else during the day makes me feel much more with it than I have been feeling as of late.

Home to bed & now back to work for me.

Friday -was there a Friday after work? My body basically shut down & said - Hum No there is after work & now Saturday Morning & it's 10am.

Saturday - Hubby discover's that the cable internet is down (yes I have TV but not internet) They say to replace modem(?) so we do & boom it still doesn't work - but hey we will be right over on Tuesday....... (Hubby taking on line Master's Course that has daily ON LINE assignments - yeah dial up is SOOO much help.) But I did get the blinds for the computer room, & hubby a hair cut. He did move the book cases to the computer room. Getting a little closer to finished on that room.

Sunday - Remove wallpaper day. I had no clue it was going to be SUCH a pain in the ASS. But one wall done & only too many to do. Arguing about putting Primer up before the paint I want on the walls. (I am primering anyway I think) Also Hubby is now "sick" why - well it feels like because I had work for him to do - but in reality who knows. He did get the blinds up though so one thing off his "to do" list.

Okay done for now.

1) Wicker loveseat, 2 wicker chairs, & coffee table made of wicker. Looking for $200 & to be picked up ASAP.
2) Lazyboy Couch, loveseat, & recliner. All have recliner's included. Looking for $1,500 & to be picked up. Cloth cover in southwest pattern - pastels.
3) Piano - over 100 years old & needs some help but is beautiful - Looking for someone to give it a good home & looking for $500.

All prices can be haggled. ;-)

Monday the 5th of September, I will be officially 20 weeks or 5 months. I have NOT registered or anything. I am currently redecorating the house. And hopefully by my Birthday (end of October) we will have the redecorating done. Then just the baby's room. I have felt really good this past week & pray that it holds up through the weekend. (crossing fingers)

No I haven't felt movement but I have heard the heartbeat. No, we don't know the sex yet but we are hoping the report from the amniocentesis will state it. At which time I will blab to the world what we are expecting. :+)

Oh, well nothing too new here!

Got back yesterday from trip to Las Vegas. I got sick on Wed & pretty much have stayed that way. I went to the dr's today. I have sinus infection & bronchitis. So I am home in bed till Thursday.
